What time should I schedule to be picked up:

If you are scheduling a time to be picked up to be taken to the airport, we recommend departing 2 hours plus travel time to the airport. For example: if your flight departs at 5:00 PM we recommend you be picked up at 1:00 PM if you are leaving from Marion or Carbondale.

If you are scheduling a time to be picked up at the airport, we recommend scheduling that for 30 minutes after your flight is scheduled to land. We understand there can be delays, and we monitor your flight number for early or late arrivals.

Cancellation policy:

You may cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled ride for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the ride are non-refundable. To cancel, please contact us directly via phone or email.

How many people can you transport:

Our SUV seats 6 passengers, but to ensure the most comfort we recommend no more than 2 or 3 adults.
